简要规则描述：拟对12座张江镇镇管公共厕所适老化适幼化改造，并对农村公厕进行维修更新主要工作内容包括15座移动公厕的更新提升和32座固定公厕屋顶防水维修、墙面涂料修复等。
Brief Specification Description: It is planned to carry out aging-friendly and child-friendly renovations on 12 public toilets managed by Zhangjiang Town. Additionally, maintenance and renewal work will be conducted on rural public toilets. The main work contents include the renewal and upgrading of 15 mobile public toilets, as well as the waterproof maintenance of the roofs and the repair of wall coatings for 32 fixed public toilets.
合同履约期限：工期60日历天，具体开工期以采购人指令为准
The Contract Period: The construction period is 60 calendar days, and the specific start date shall be subject to the instructions of the purchaser.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本次采购若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、促进中小微企业等政策，将落实相关政策
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (b) Eligibility requirements for implementing government procurement policies: In this procurement, if it complies with policies such as the mandatory procurement of energy-saving products by the government, encouragement of environmentally friendly products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for the disabled, and promotion of small, medium and micro enterprises, the relevant policies will be implemented.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；4、拟派项目负责人须具有建筑工程二级及其以上注册建造师资格；5、本项目专门面向中小微企业采购。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: （iii）Have the Grade III or above qualification for general contracting of building engineering construction;
（iv）The proposed project leader must have the qualification of a Class II or above registered construction engineer in building engineering;
（v）This project is specially for procurement from small, medium and micro enterprises.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
